Thorp man charged with sex assault against student

According to court records, a Thorp man has been charged with 1 count of Sex Assault of Student by School Staff and 2 counts of Sex with Child age 16 or older.

Scott A. Bergman, 43, had a court appearance on Friday and is now free on $2,000 cash bond. His next court date is February 21, 2013.
