A former church pastor from Clark County was sentenced Monday to 1½ years in prison for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy whom he met in an Internet chat room for gay teens.
Ervin S. Witmer, 51, of Owen, who was pastor of a church in Stanley until 2011 and was Wisconsin district manager for a Christian book distributor until February, told Dane County Circuit Judge Rebecca St. John that he has "deep remorse" for his "inappropriate behavior with this young man" in a Madison motel room.

Cut off his d--- and sew up his arse. This man got off way to easy and it makes me sick and pissed off when I see this kind of stuff going on and people getting away with it. Grrr...

Maybe the police cheif protected him because they had a club for this sort of stuff. No wonder he resigned. Too busy busting good people for pot to ever actually catch a criminal who actually has victims. AS long as there is a war on drugs there will be people like this getting away with it. Thank the chief. His time was spent in misconduct in office.
